sunday transmission

this has been a tough week for all of us here. but in a good way. projects are coming together well, the raw footage has looked great, and the stories seem to be dynamic and developing well. it’s been a tough work on me personally with the recent events at home, but i’m glad to know i have one of the strongest families on the globe supporting each other. werd.

as far as global transmission is concerned. we’ve been working hard on all of our projects (check out the production page on the website), we’ve been going to spanish school in the mornings, and we’re living the porteño lifestyle of eating dinners at 10 or 11 pm, and partying till the break of dawn. it seems like one of these things has got to be sacrificed a bit. so far for me it’s been sleep that’s been sacrificied. but as they say here, a mañana es mañana.

the boys are taking a well deserved break today watching the futbol friendly between argentina and brasil. i had a late night last night, or nix that, a typical porteño night of eating dinner at 10 pm, taking a nap at 11 pm, waking up at 1:30 am, taking a shower and heading to a club at 2 am for our porteña friend ana’s birthday party. i lasted till 5 am, then needed to head back to rest. anyway, working on the ché projects today, and maybe seeing a local boca jrs. game at la bombanera. here’s a photo i took of the stadium last january.

haven’t done one of these in awhile, but here’s a RENdom photo of the day, me swinging on a vine in the jungles of bolivia last april. don’t know why i picked this photo. it’s not a great shot, and since i’m in it, i didn’t take it. maybe there’s a hidden message here. maybe it’s to stay young and have fun. you only live once, make the most of it. or i just like the thought of swinging on a vine.....

transmitting from global transmission.

also, does anyone know, Dónde está Ché Pelotas?
