tongue, brain and rabbit

A trip to the supermarcado is always a fun field trip when first arriving in a new country, especially for a vegetarian. I've seen brain and tongue in cellophane before but this is the first time I've seen a rabbit skinned and splayed in the frozen section. Ren, Alex and I went shopping for our dinner party attended by about 20 people. This was just our second night in Buenos Aires and it was a big one (I'll leave the party round-up to another GTM member). Porteños (Argentineans from Buenos Aires or the port) take their partying seriously and its not an early matter, even on a Wednesday night.
